Will this fit my appliance? Check both model and serial number before ordering. Supco lists selected 611, 650, 680 and 550 applications, but Sub-Zero service information has model and serial-specific changes. Those series names are not a blanket compatibility guarantee.

Before replacing the ice maker: Confirm the ice maker is enabled, the water supply is available and the freezer is cooling correctly. No ice or small cubes can also result from a restricted filter, water valve or fill tube; those symptoms alone do not prove the assembly has failed.
