Return Policy
Homeowners Appliance Parts Company has a No Hassle return policy! You may return, at your expense, any item except gas, electrical, or special order parts within 30 days of receiving your order. All returns must be in original packaging with all pieces and instructions included. Please be careful when opening products so they are able to be placed back in the original packaging if a return is needed. We suggest before opening or signing for receipt of any package that all customers thoroughly inspect the items for any damage due to shipping or manufacturer defects. Do not sign for receipt of any damaged goods. Signing for receipt of any package is acknowledging that the product is received in good condition.
The item being returned cannot be used, installed or damaged in any way. Returnable items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Special order items are non-returnable at all. Original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. All requests for returning an item must be emailed to sales@homeownersapplianceparts.com Please include your name, invoice number, and the reason for your return request. We will then provide an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) that must appear on the outside of the returned package as well as any paperwork. Returns with no RMA # will be refused. An RMA # will be provided within 24 business hours. We also recommend when shipping return items that a carrier with tracking capability is used for protection against loss or damage.
