John Guest Refrigerator Water Line Female Adapter, 1/4 OD x 1/4 NPTF - PP450822W-US

John Guest Refrigerator Water Line Female Adapter, 1/4 OD x 1/4 NPTF - PP450822W-US

Connect tubing to a threaded water port with this John Guest female adapter. Joins 1/4-inch OD tubing to a 1/4-inch male NPT pipe-thread connection. It has one push-fit tubing port and one female NPTF threaded end.

Compatibility: Compatible refrigerator ice maker and water dispenser supply lines, filtration systems and other potable-water applications.

Includes: One fitting. Tubing and other installation parts are separate. This is an individual part, not a complete installation kit.

Fitment / What To Verify: Match the tubing OD, thread size and female adapter orientation. NPT pipe threads differ from compression and garden-hose threads. Confirm that the mating threaded part and tubing are approved for this fitting. Tubing sizes are outside diameter, not inside diameter.

Confirm tubing size, connection type and application before ordering.

Installation: Follow John Guest instructions for the threaded connection and sealing method. Avoid overtightening plastic threads.
