Choice Replacement for Samsung Refrigerator Ice Bucket and Auger, Short - DA82-01397ACM

Stores ice and feeds the dispenser in compatible Samsung refrigerators. This Choice Manufactured Parts aftermarket assembly uses a stainless-steel auger and includes the DA97-14471A latch. Aftermarket replacement by Choice Manufactured Parts for the Samsung service numbers listed below.

Included Component: Short-style bucket and auger assembly, approximately 10 inches long.

Legacy / Replacement Numbers: Samsung DA82-01397A and DA97-13717A.

Compatible Model Examples: Samsung RF24FSEDBSR/AA-00, RF24FSEDBSR/AA-01. This is a partial list of listed applications for the Samsung part this Choice replacement references. Verify your full model number, suffix and production version before ordering.

Fitment Notes: Match the complete Samsung model code and version, bucket length, latch and drive connection. This short assembly is different from the approximately 14-1/2-inch DA82-01396ACM bucket.

Is It Time to Replace?

Inspect for a cracked bucket, stripped drive connection or broken auger. Clear clumped ice and verify the drive operates before replacing the assembly. This storage/dispensing part does not correct a separate ice-production fault.

How to Find Your Model Number: Read the rating label inside the refrigerator or freezer, usually on a side wall or door frame. Copy every letter, digit and suffix. Contact Homeowners Appliance Parts with the complete model and original part number for help confirming fit.
