Compatibility: Fits select Frigidaire, Electrolux, Kenmore, Crosley, Gibson, Tappan, and related dryer control platforms where the model diagram calls for this exact knob style.

Fitment / What To Verify: Verify the full appliance model number, knob color, pointer/index mark, D-flat shaft orientation, shaft diameter, clip requirement, skirt depth, and whether the old retaining clip stayed on the control shaft before ordering.

Is it time to replace?

• Common Symptoms: Knob is cracked, stripped, missing, turns without changing the setting, or the pointer no longer lines up with the panel markings.
• Visible/Sensory Cues: Rounded shaft socket, broken retaining tab, missing indicator mark, discolored plastic, or a knob that sits too far in or out on the shaft.

Pro Tip: Remove the old knob straight off the shaft and compare the shaft insert before installing the new one. Forcing the wrong D-flat orientation can split a new knob.
